A Venue with Wedding Planning Included
We believe in making weddings as stress free as possible. To that end, all weekend weddings in Fall 2024 include a professional Wedding Planner to be right there with you through the planning process to the end of the wedding event. In Spring 2024, you have the option yet of either a Month of Coordinator or a Wedding Planner, depending on the package you choose.
We network with some of the best planners in the Chattanooga area who know our venue well and know what works best here. The Planners and Coordinators who work with us really take heart to everything you need for your wedding.
Planning services include monthly check-in meetings, multiple planning meetings, vendor suggestions and contract review, organization of event documentation, timeline creation, floor plan and layout, along with setting up your personal decor on the day of the wedding.
Wedding Planning is included in the Crazy in Love and the Head Over Heels packages.
Or, with Wedding Coordination
Just like our Wedding Planners, our chosen Month of Coordinators all have their own businesses and coordinate weddings at other than our venue, so they aren't exactly "in house" but they do know all the ins and outs of our venue and how events flow best here. They fully jump in about 45 days out from your wedding, and can take on vendor communication, finalizing the timeline, and checking over all the details to be sure your wedding runs smoothly.
Just like the Planner, the Month of Coordinator will set up your personal decor, conduct the ceremony rehearsal and run the ceremony and event throughout the wedding day.
Month of Wedding Coordination is included in the We're Smitten, We Love Everything, and the And Then Some packages (the last two packages expire in Summer 2024)
Staff for Set Up & Clean Up
We set up everything that belongs to us, and that's a lot.
We set up the ceremony chairs and arbor, the dining tables and chairs, and set the tables with your chosen plates, glassware and details from our collection. If you've gotten a lounge area through us, we'll have that in place as well.
Our staff greets your guests as they arrive, right from the parking area and again as they exit our shuttle. We'll let your guests know anything you'd like them to know, invite them for a welcome drink (if provided) and offer any other information they might need to better enjoy your celebration.
As your event progresses, our staff buses the tables, sorts the recycling from the wedding, and works in tandem with your caterer and bartender to be sure plates and glassware are well supplied.
