A Venue with Wedding Planning Included
We believe in making weddings as stress-free as possible. To that end, we network with some of the best independent planners in the Chattanooga area who know our venue well and know what works best here. The Planners and who work with us really take heart to everything you need for your wedding.
Planning services include monthly check-in calls, multiple planning meetings, unlimited email, vendor suggestions and contract review, organization of event documentation, timeline creation, floor plan and layout, along with setting up your personal decor on the day of the wedding.
Your Planner will begin working with you right from the beginning, and will be onsite on wedding day even after your send-off to ensure everything is well in hand.
Staff for Set Up & Clean Up
Our staff sets up everything that belongs to us, and that's a lot.
We set up the ceremony chairs and arbor, the dining tables and chairs, and set the tables with your chosen plates, glassware and details from our collection. If you've gotten a lounge area through us, we'll have that in place as well.
Our staff greets your guests as they arrive, right from the parking area and again as they exit our shuttle. They will cheerily let your guests know anything you'd like them to know, invite them for a welcome drink (if provided) and offer any other information they might need to better enjoy your celebration.
As your event progresses, our staff buses the tables, sorts the recycling from the wedding, and works in tandem with your caterer and bartender to be sure plates and glassware are well supplied.
Bartending Services
All of our Fall 2026 packages and beyond include 4 hours of bartending services with Splendid Occasions. Additional time is permitted.
In response to Dade County's no-hard-alcohol laws for venues, we have created a menu of elevated cocktails made from saki, soju, port, vermouth, and of course beer & champagne. You may choose from our menu and tweak the recipe however you like and our bartenders will make it to your specifications, or you can create your own cocktail for our bartenders to mix and serve.
The bartenders will prepare garnishes, mix and serve drinks, and will pack up all remaining alcohol at the end of service for our staff to put into the designated vehicle -- all while you and your favorite people are still enjoying the dance floor.

The Head Over Heels and Weekender packages include one design meeting to cover the basics and a linen consultation with White Table Specialty Linens to look at linen color and pattern possibilities. The Weekender includes more extensive time and design to consider deeper placement of decor, florals, and flow of the spaces.
